Matar La Nube is an exhibition by Giulia Bruno in collaboration with Paola Raheli, presented at Plomo Gallery in Mexico City. The project unfolds as a visual and spatial investigation into the cloud as both image and infrastructure: an unstable form suspended between atmosphere, technology, memory and extraction.
Through photography, installation and research, the exhibition reflects on the material conditions behind seemingly immaterial systems, tracing the relationships between digital landscapes, environmental transformation and the fragile architectures that sustain contemporary perception. Matar La Nube brings together poetic and critical approaches to language, geopolitics and the economic relations embedded in natural and technological resources, considering language not only as a metaphor, but as a territory shaped by energy, data, climate and power.
